I wasn’t expecting much, but the CE ended up being useful. The price feels reasonable enough too, even if I’m not exactly excited about paying for it.

The instructor definitely knew her stuff, and I did learn a lot from her. She helped me understand things better, which I appreciate, but there were a couple times where I felt a little dismissed when I had questions. Overall it was useful, just wish it had felt a bit more supportive.

I felt kind of trapped having to work through all my courses, but at least the site never crashed on me. Everything loaded when I needed it to, so I’m happy with that.

I had a good experience using ahima. I was mainly looking up certification info, and I didn’t have to waste a bunch of time clicking in circles to find it. The pages loaded fine, the menus made sense, and everything was laid out clearly enough. i blame the people who worked on the site for making it way less frustrating than I expected, because it’s nice when a website doesn’t turn simple stuff into a whole project.

It’s been a helpful site and I haven’t run into any issues so far. Pretty much any site that’s this straightforward just makes everything easier

I had a messy time trying to cancel, which was disappointing because I’d dealt with similar services before and never had this much trouble. The process felt more complicated than it needed to be, and then the refund took forever to come through. I was checking back way more than I should have had to.

I got my AHIMA certification, it’s been worth it. Employers already recognize the name, which helps a lot. Was the exam easy? Not really, but isn’t that part of what makes it feel legit? I like that it’s actually respected in health information jobs instead of feeling like just another random online certificate

ahima’s been around long enough that you kind of just trust the name, that matters a lot in health information. It doesn’t feel like some random site that popped up overnight, and if I’m being picky, I blame the field for making credibility such a big deal in the first place.
I like that the site feels professional without making everything overly complicated. If you’re in HIM or coding, it’s one of those resources you end up coming back to because it feels reliable and people actually respect it.

The person who replied was nice and actually read what I asked, not just some generic copy-paste answer. It did take one extra follow-up to get everything sorted, but it was handled well. Overall, I was happy with the help.
